At New4Tek, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality IT support and services, but we understand there may be situations where a refund is requested.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:

Service Not Performed: If you cancel before we begin work, you will receive a full refund.

Incomplete Service: If a service cannot be completed due to our fault, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Overpayment: Any accidental overpayment will be refunded in full.

2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services that have been fully performed to the agreed scope of work.

Data recovery services where recovery is unsuccessful, as results cannot be guaranteed.

Issues caused by hardware defects, software licensing restrictions, or user error after service completion.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of service completion.

Provide your service invoice and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
